Acceptance of Terms

By using ZanziRide services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

Users must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid license, follow all traffic laws, and use scooters responsibly.

Rental Agreement

Each rental constitutes a separate agreement. Users are responsible for the scooter from pickup to proper return.

Liability and Insurance

Users assume responsibility for damages, theft, or loss during rental period. Basic insurance coverage is included with all rentals.
